WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each one of our fine art prints takes approximately 14 - 21 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. USA / CANADA orders take 3 - 5 days in transit.

CAN I ORDER A PRINT WITHOUT A FRAME?

At this moment we only offer ready-to-hang, framed prints.

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order just a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints make great gifts. 

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On the rare occasion that your art arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to team@ziloart.com so we can help.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

ARTWORK 

ARE ZILO PRINTS ARCHIVAL-GRADE?

Yes! Our prints are archival-grade, meeting the giclée standards of art. This means your artwork will maintain its superior quality for hundreds of years as a true collector's item.

ARE ZILO PRINTS MADE IN LIMITED EDITION? 

Yes! All our prints are made in limited edition meaning, once they sell out they will never be created again. Print edition numbers can be found on product pages under sizing.

CAN I MAKE ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE FRAME FOR A SMALL FEE?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any customizations at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?

All of our modern frames are made from plantation grown and legally harvested wood and not from natural forests, we do our part to help preserve our beautiful forests.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HANGING HARDWARE?

Each of our frames comes ready to hang, we use a heavy duty wire hanger making hanging and levelling your art a breeze. Ensure you use a dry wall plug with screw if you’re not screwing directly into a stud. Dry wall plugs need to support at least 30 lbs.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?

All prints come with the edition number written on the inside of the glass. We do limited framed print runs of 250, 100, and 50 based of size. Each piece comes with a Zilo certificate of authenticity. The best way to stay informed so you don’t miss out is by signing up for our newsletter.

DO YOU USE GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

We use tempered glass for our Small, Medium and Large frames. For our Giant, Statement and Collector frames we use a thick sheet of UV blocking acrylic.

CAN I FRAME THESE PRINTS MYSELF?

No, we only offer framed prints.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS ARTWORK 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made just for you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so we are unable to make adjustments once we begin the printing process.

DO YOU OFFER A TRADE OR RENTAL PROGRAM?

Yes, we work closely with many interior designers and hospitality groups. Please get in touch if you would like to work together.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PORTFOLIO?

Our team of curators meets weekly to review new artist submissions. Please send over a .pdf of six image selects from your portfolio that you consider suitable additions to our collection by email at team@ziloart.com. Unfortunately due to the volume of inquiries we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
