Is there an issue with your order? Don't worry, we are here to help! Please let us know what happened so the team at Zilo can fix it. For all issues pertaining to your order please email us at team@ziloart.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
           Please include the following:
    1. Order number.
    2. Name on the order.
    3. Email associated with the order placed.
    4. Issue you with your order.
    5. For damaged products please include photographs showing damage (images of product and box)

All of our shipments come with insurance so in the extremely unlikely scenario your art doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, we’ve got it covered! Please ensure shipping confirmation details are readily available in case further investigation is required by the shipping carrier.

Every Zilo piece is made to order specific to each customer. All of our talented artists receive compensation on every sale made from their collections. For these reasons all sales are final.  

Once parcels are collected from our production facility they are then property of the respective shipping partner (UPS, FEDEX, USPS). We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
